It's vital to maintain a professional image wherever you are, especially when you're not working.
I've bumped into clients at all sorts of places, most popular being the supermarket. If they look as if they want to have a chat, I'll always make some time for them even if it's only a quick 'how's your garden going?'.
Be aware that, wherever you are from now on, people will see you as the gardener, or the landscaper or the person who comes and cuts our lawn. Your clients, past, future and potential, may be watching you so your professional image should be maintained at all times, not just when you're working.
Even when your diary is full of work and you have a queue of clients waiting fnr you to come and help them, you must maintain your professionalism.
